Strangely enough, I’m still trying to get Blue Eyes to stop taking his phone into the bathroom. It was on the boundary list all those years ago. He stopped for a long time, but has been back at it for a while. Why do people even want to have their phone in the bathroom? Beyond anything else, it’s just gross. Enough already.

Blue Eyes is not alone of course, and not all bathroom phone use is nefarious. I was at the mall the other day, washing my hands in a public restroom before lunch, and in one of the stalls was a woman yakking away on her phone. Ugh. Why? It’s extremely annoying and super unsanitary.

When we discuss things like the above, I get lots of I’m sorry’s and I won’t do it again, but then he does it again.

Is there anything more annoying than someone telling you over and over that they won’t do something and then they do it. Why even tell someone you aren’t going to do it? Just don’t do it. At this point it’s only a skosh triggering. Honestly, if he feels the need to have clandestine phone conversations while on the toilet, just leave already. I’m so over it!
